Jazz A Louisiana Kitchen ("Jazz," "we," "us") is operated by Racing Notions, Inc. These terms cover the text messages we send from our restaurants in Kansas City, Missouri; Kansas City, Kansas; and Columbia, Missouri.

What we text
When you choose to receive texts, we send service messages about your visit: waitlist and table-ready notices, reservation confirmations and reminders, online and to-go order confirmations and pickup or delivery status, and text receipts you request. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text box when you place an online order or make a reservation, by entering your mobile number on our "Your receipt" screen when you ask for a text receipt, or by asking our host to text you when your table is ready. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase, order or reservation.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 3 messages per visit.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out, and we won't text you again unless you opt in again. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT or STOP ALL.

Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, email [email protected], or call the restaurant directly, or 816-631-0660.

Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
