2 catfish filets cooked in our egg-parmesan batter, served on a bed of rice with a side of vegetables.
Our blackened tilapia filet topped with tangy lemon cream sauce, served on a bed of rice with a side of vegetables.
Shrimp fettuccine sautéed in half red sauce and half alfredo sauce.
Carrot Cake
1 pound of crawfish, 1/2 pound of shrimp,served with a new potato and corn cobbette
Six tail-on jumbo shrimp chilled and served with cocktail sauce and horseradish.
1/2 pound of chilled U-Peel shrimp and six fresh gulf oysters on the half shell.
