Responsibilities
Greet guests with a warm, friendly welcome and genuine hospitality
Accurately take orders, answer menu questions, and recommend our signature Cajun and Creole dishes
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent table service
Handle guest payments, process transactions, and resolve any concerns with a positive attitude
Keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for the next guests
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth, timely service
Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines

About You
Outgoing, friendly, and personable with a warm, caring demeanor
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
Team player who supports colleagues and creates exceptional guest experiences
Comfortable recommending menu items and handling a variety of guest requests
Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic
Must be reliable, energetic, and available for evenings and weekends
